Shipping Costs

Recently UPS, Fed Ex and U.S. Mail raised their prices significantly. We are doing all we can to help you, our customers, pay the least amount possible.

Any box over 50 pounds now has an additional $25.00 cost with UPS and Fed Ex. Some of the Classic Clay boxes weigh as much as 54 pounds. We are taking some clay out to make the boxes weigh just under 50 pounds. This saves you the extra 25.00 fee.

Small or light weight packages cost more to ship with UPS. Selecting US Mail is a good option. If you order something heavy like clay and a small package, it would be to your advantage to do two orders - UPS for the clay and US Mail for the smaller or lighter weight package.

We have been giving refunds when the web site calculation is greater than the actual shipping.
